With over 25 years experience in the search and recruitment industry, I've been closely involved in the Hotel / Hospitality / Gaming / Food &amp; Beverage markets, and have built a large and very useful network of contacts. I consult with CEO&rsquo;s, CFO&rsquo;s, MD&rsquo;s, COO&rsquo;s, General Manager decision makers in such client organisations, acting as an add value partner with the objective to assist clients with their company objectives. I've successfully launched over 150 businesses spanning 15 different countries. I was Senior Director and International Training Director for a NYSE COMPANY, and in that role I designed and delivered human resource, personnel and training initiatives for over 1100 companies, on hiring, business planning, training and sales. Mission: To delight my internal and external customers by exceeding their expectations through delivering on their needs with professionalism and purpose. Madison Mayfair is a specialist search and recruitment organisation within the hospitality industry. We have completed assignments in all hospitality related disciplines worldwide.
